Welcome to New Home Development Company, Inc.
New Home Development is a private, nonprofit housing development agency. Since 1991, NHDC has been dedicated to offering housing assistance to adults recovering from mental illness and persons with limited incomes in Northwestern Ohio. Working with state and local partners, NHDC has invested millions of dollars into the four counties it serves. To date, NHDC owns affordable housing units and manages
many units throughout Defiance, Fulton, Williams, and Henry counties.

New Home Development's programs encompass: affordable rental units, rental subsidy, property management, and emergency loans to qualifying
mental health consumers when funding is available.
